  • This training course enables administrative teams to understand and utilise artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and reliability.

The aim of this training course is to help administrative professionals understand and use artificial intelligence in their daily activities. Participants will discover how to automate repetitive tasks, generate documents, structure information and save time using generative AI tools. They will learn how to formulate effective queries (prompting) to get the most out of these tools, and how to integrate them into their practices while complying with confidentiality, ethical and cybersecurity rules.

Contenu pédagogique

  • The training introduces the basic principles of artificial intelligence through real-life examples related to administrative functions. It explores the use of generative AI tools for writing, summarizing, organizing data, and automating tasks. Special attention is given to the art of prompting: knowing how to ask the right questions to get relevant results. Key concepts in ethics, confidentiality, and security are also covered.
